Kynar® PVDF: the preferred choice for plastic injection molding

Kynar® PVDF is processed on standard injection molding machines. Kynar® PVDF pellets are melted, injected into molds, and cooled to form precise, high-performance components such as valves, fittings, and electrical insulators. Its low permeability and resistance to UV radiation also make it suitable for molded parts used in chemical processing, semiconductor, and outdoor applications.

Spotlight on: Kynar® PVDF for tower packing

Tower packing and mist eliminators made with Kynar® PVDF are readily available in several configurations for use in distillation and scrubbing columns. Kynar® PVDF is easily injection moldable and can fill even the most intricate dump tower packing molds.

Listed below are benefits specific to Kynar® PVDF, a polymer very commonly used in the pulp and paper, mining, petrochemical, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, chlorine caustic, and general chemical industries.
