AspectAspect has developed high-end Powder Bed Fusion (PBF) technology printers named AM-E3 series. Through partnership with Arkema, Aspect has developed and marketed high recyclable ASPEX-PA and ASPEX-GB PA12 powders producing very smooth parts as well as ASPEX-FPA 100% bio-based Rilsan®, which enable high ductility and impact resistance part.
Ultimaker provides 3D printers, software, materials, and services through its Cura marketplace. In 2019 we joined the Ultimaker Material Alliance Program and launched FluorX™ filament, based on Arkema’s Kynar® PVDF. It is formulated for printability and is a great option for parts subjected to demanding conditions, such as solvents, acids, fire, and UV radiation.
miniFactory is an industrial 3D printer manufacturer for high-performance polymer 3D printing focusing on the best performing industrial-grade 3D printed parts. Arkema and miniFactory have collaborated to make high-quality semi-crystalline PEKK parts using Kepstan® PEKK, the miniFactory Ultra 3D printer and miniFactory’s process monitoring software, Aarni.
The strategic relationship with Stratasys enabled the development of new materials:
- Antero 840CNO3 is a high-performance FDM filament based on Kepstan® PEKK designed for harsh and highly regulated environments.
- High Yield PA11 is a high-performance bio-sourced powder based on Rilsan® PA11 developed for mass production and eco-design.
Autodesk, a leading global software company leverages its state-of-the-art end-to-end design and manufacturing software capabilities. In 2019 Arkema and Autodesk collaborated to integrate the processing parameters of Arkema’s Rilsan® polyamide 11 within Autodesk’s software enabling users to easily access the information they need to accelerate a complete workflow from design to print.
As a result of this collaboration, companies using Autodesk’s Netfabb® and Fusion 360® software can easily select the machine and material configuration optimized for process parameters validated by Arkema.

PostPro, developed by AMT, is a vapour-smoothing and depowdering technology platform that automates manual and costly steps and enables functional high-volume end-use parts production from 3D printers.
