On 4 and 5 November in Amsterdam, Arkema will present its latest innovations in high-performance materials for sports equipment, footwear, technical textiles and accessories. The Group will highlight its Pebax® EVA+ range for midsole foams, as well as its partnership with Movmenta in connected footwear.

Pebax® EVA+: a new generation of foams for sports footwear
The Pebax® EVA+ range, a new generation of compounds, is designed for midsole foams in running, trail, hiking and safety footwear. These grades are compatible with conventional EVA processes. They enhance foam performance while allowing manufacturers to keep their existing equipment. The Pebax® EVA+ range thus offers a balance between performance, ease of processing and cost competitiveness.

Towards connected running shoes with Movmenta
Arkema will also present its partnership with Movmenta, which created SOLLO, an ultra-lightweight, battery-free smart sensor integrated into running shoes. This innovative solution gives athletes access to real-time performance data by tracking foam wear over time.
