With the exception of products containing recycled substances*, this Regulatory Letter covers products manufactured in the EU and/or Asia and aims to inform you of some current regulatory status of only HIPROLON®, 2 ORGALLOY®, ORGASOL®, 2 PEBAX®, PLATAMID®, 2 RILSAMID®, 3 RILSAMID®, 2 RILSAN® (pellets and powders) & 3 RILSAN® (pellets) from ARKEMA.

*The “Rxx” mention in the product name differentiates the products containing recycled substances from the other Arkema’s products. “xx” represents the minimum recycled content in percentage.

The letter includes statements on:
REACH 1907/2006/CE, Annex XIV, Annex XVII, SVHC + CONEG and Packaging Waste, 94/62/EC (Packaging Waste), RoHS (EU) & WEEE, RoHS (China), End-of-life Vehicles, Ozone layer-depleting substances, Biocide, Absence of Chemicals list, and Nanomaterials and nanotechnology.

This certificate of absence of SVHC, covers Polymers ranges HIPROLON®, ORGALLOY®, ORGASOL®, PEBAX®, PLATAMID®, RILSAMID® & RILSAN®.
