Rilsan® Polyamide 11 (PA11), developed by Arkema, is a unique high-performance polymer derived entirely from renewable castor oil. Rilsan® PA11 is renowned for its exceptional flexibility, durability, and chemical resistance, making it a preferred choice in demanding industries such as automotive, oil and gas, and electronics. Its unique 11-carbon chain structure provides superior impact properties, low moisture absorption, and excellent dimensional stability across a wide temperature range (-40°C to +130°C).
