The price increase will be between 12% and 22% depending on grade and manufacturing location, applicable to the Rilsan®, Rilsamid®, Pebax®, Platamid®, Orgasol®, Orgalloy® product ranges
This price increase is caused by a combination of external factors: supply chain bottlenecks, rapidly rising costs in raw materials, energy and transportation.
The recent geopolitical context has further increased volatility notably on the price of natural gas and energy.
While we hope for a quick resolution to this crisis, we cannot as of today absorb further such impacts, and as such Arkema will implement a price increase to the Rilsan®, Rilsamid®, Pebax®, Platamid®, Orgasol®, Orgalloy® product ranges with effect on March 15th 2022.
Arkema teams were - and will remain - fully mobilized to work with their valued customers aiming at mitigating those increases. Commercial representatives will reach out to individual customers to discuss specific details.
