Arkema Fluorochemicals announces a price increase of its HFC Forane® range – respectively 10% on the Forane® 134a product and 15% on the Forane® blends - in EMEA zone for packaged and bulk grades.
This price increase will be effective from 1st January 2016 or as contracts allow.
Arkema’s Fluorochemicals business unit produces and markets a range of fluorinated gases under the Forane® brand in the following markets worldwide:
- Refrigerant fluids for refrigeration and air-conditioning;
- Blowing agents for polymer foams, specifically polyurethane and polystyrene;
- Feedstock for the production of fluoropolymers;
- Degreasing, cleaning and drying solvents;
- Aerosol sprays.
